These people set my account up to be paid for weekly even though I get paid by weekly. He said he would fix the acc never did . They harassed my calling everyday when my payment supposed to be the next week . Every week the manager tell me if I pay he will fix the account never do . These people are retarted you better off saving ur money and waiting
Great products and excellent customer service.
I'm finding that the Manager of the store closest to my home is Excellent in Customer Service and Follow up. He's polite and courteous. I feel I'm gonna have a good experience, seeing as though this iscmy very first time renting any household item.
Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Had some communication issues on delivery date but other than that everything was excellent. I love my upright freezer and their 120 day same as cash option is so much more affordable than a full lease. Thanks for everything. Once I pay my freezer off I definitely will be returning for my next item. Thanks a bunch Rent One
Customer Service was Excellent! As soon as I walked in they helped me while social distancing. It was a great experience both Employees I dealt with were professional and friendly. I believe the guy was the store manager. They were both helpful and knowledgeable.
