Great looking dresser I received. Only thing I don't like is the Asian lady said they will deliver it at a certain time the next day. I call them and she said omg I forgot we didn't put it on the truck can you wait till another time. Then when that time came she gave an excuse about the guys. I didn't receive it till 4 hrs later. By that time I was late for work. Bad customer service and very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Go back to business school and learn the logistics to better handle your customers. My money is not worth the time at this place ever again. Oh, also if you purchase something from here. You will not get it new, you will get what's on the floor instead. Seems like they don't have extra inventory. Just discovered my dresser was the same one I saw on the floor. The Asian lady promised it will be new. That was a lie.
