Ross Dress for Less

I am not from this area and I am writing because of the Rosses on Florissant Road or in Florissant or wherever the hell I’m at, and I am telling you that we stood in line for 23 minutes waiting to get checked out while the checkers talked and talked and talked to their customers and we’re not concerned about us waiting in line the gentleman in front of me got mad because they were taking so long and he left his merchandise and left the store I waited another five or 10 minutes while they talked and talked and I to left the store! You need to do something about your staff because they are running off customers. They could care less about their customers!

Great prices. Horrible management. Lazy workers..... just sad all around.

The store looks like a Goodwill. The clothes looks like rags. I did find a cute purse 2 belts that was much needed.

The store looks must better. I felt comfortable shopping today.

Great place low price for top brand would recommend for anyone stop in shop till u drop it will be worth it
