You should be very proud of your sales associates. They are warm people who put their customers first. If someone needs some of the best sleep number beds and sleeping number products, they will go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied, happy and get what you looking for. I would like to thank Mr. Micheal ** who demonstrated good customer service. His customer service was laser-focused and truly exceptional. He showed friendliness, professionalism, knowledge of the product and empathy. Thank you so much for a great experience with your sleep expert.

Some friends and I walked into the store and were just browsing and looking. We saw the bed that was remote controlled and we wanted to try it out and see how it worked. The person who spoke to us asked if we needed help with anything. We told him that we were just looking around. Immediately after that, he let us know that the bed that we were testing was $1100 or $11,000 and that we shouldn’t be playing around and messing with things. He also let us know that the store wasn’t a place to test beds or play around in. He let us know that he was in the middle of talking to a couple until he basically kicked us out. We’re a couple of teenagers that are going to college soon and were just testing beds. To him, we were kids who were causing trouble and messing around in his store which wasn’t the case. So I’m writing this review because he was discriminating and judging just because we were teenagers. What if we were genuinely going to buy a product and had the money to buy from the store? That’s definitely not a way to treat customers.
