Need more cashier's. Waited in line over 15 minutes.

Love JCPenney, but not enough checkout available. Went downstairs, then upstairs, finally was in line for over 20 minutes with only one cashier, til they finally called for backup. Went back to Penneys today to pick up an order I placed at the store with the cashier. The item was on clearance at the store, however the cashier did not inform me that the price was over twice as much on line. Has she told me this I never would have bought it. When I inform the cashier at the pickup she told me she could not match the price. You mean they don't match the price of their own products, that ridiculous. No wonder they are filing bankruptcy.

Awesome deals today but the store was very understaffed causing long line to pay.

Was taking lil Ember up for her first photos... She needed a diaper change and outfit change before we started we booked for three shoots and that only gives us 15 minutes? Well once she was changed that was five minutes which left us 10 we was told you would have to reschedule because the next appointment is going to be there in 8 minutes. Shirley 3 photoshoots $130 worth takes longer than 15 minutes
