I had to have a service that was done yesterday touched up today. They were able to get in back in right away, even offered to have me come back in the same day. The new waxer today, Jenna, was amazing. I normally tense up a lot and that makes it hurt worse, but she made me relaxed, talked me through what she was doing and why, used some tricks I hadn't seen before to make it hurt less and let me see when she was done to make sure I was happy. Definitely would recommend.
I had my waxing done at this facility for the first time.The esthetician I had was Catherine (Anna) she was very nice made me feel comfortable for entire time I was there. She did a great job with waxing I thought it would be worse but she definitely made is less painful. Very efficient with the technique . I would definitely go back to this location and Catherine was really sweet and nice.
I absolutely love this place.. I used to get my eyebrows done at those nail salons.. and they were always just ok.. so when I saw the first time free coupon in the paper I thought well I guess ill try it out..and my eyebrows have never looked better!! It's so worth the price!! I recommend to everyone!!
Took my daughter in for to get her eyebrows waxed for the first time. I’m Amazed at how professional the staff was from the minute we stepped in to the time our specialist, Mariah, called us,She was very patient and professional. The receptionist closed the sale with offering us to make an appointment for the next time and gave us gift of samples. Thanks all
The woman I used to see consistently is no longer at this location, so I’ve seen a few others, just whoever is available when I’m free. But now, I consistently book with Anna. She’s incredibly quick, which decreases how uncomfortable the wax is. She’s so personable and fun to chat with while I’m there. I absolutely recommend her for your wax experience!
