Affordable Kitchens and Baths

Bought cabinets here and have been truly disappointed since. My cabinets which were supposed to take 2 - 3 weeks showed up missing 2 of the cabinets and took 5 weeks to get here. 1 week went by and I had the cabinets in my garage waiting to be installed, when I looked at my kitchen layout and noticed I was missing another cabinet not included in the 2 that had not shown up yet. I called my sales person to let her know. That's when I was informed that it had shown up damaged and they needed to get another one..... ok.. How long? 1 - 2 weeks!!! So now my kitchen is delayed 6 weeks to be completely finished. My wife was expecting and we had a few issues the last few weeks, so I expressed to them that it was very important this gets moved along. Didn't matter to them at all. If I hadn't already paid in full by this time I would have canceled the order but couldn't. Finally..... everything shows up and my granite gets installed the day we bring our new born home. During Installation we realize that one of the cabinet doors is gouged and needs to be replaced and that a few trim pieces were never ordered. At this point I am happy that the kitchen is done and baby is well. No big deal, let me know when it gets here. 2 weeks goes by and I get a phone call telling me my cabinet door is in and is ready to be picked up.....? So I pay almost $7500 for new cabinets, you ship it with an issue and I have to come pick it up and then install the door my self??? I was beyond livid at this point. After a few choice words with the owner I was hung up on and told call the BBB, the president it didn't matter.... I should not have waited so long to order my cabinets! Well A- Hole if your cabinets showed up on time/ Not Damaged, I had 3 weeks to spare !!!!! Customer service at its best !!

We shopped around & had 5 other quotes for our bathroom projects. We couldn't be happier with the product quality, value & experience than we are with Affordable Kitchens & Baths. Buddy & Marina were great to work with as were their team. Our bath project went so well that we're getting our kitchen done in March. Highly recommend AKB!

Laura was awesome and provided excellent service from planning to completion. She listened carefully to specific desires and suggested ideas to compliment the kitchen and bathroom remodel. A special shout out to Kelly, too, who did a beautiful job and can’t thank him enough for working around our schedule. Couldn’t have asked for better service from the sub-contractors as well! We will definitely reach out again to Affordable Kitchen and Bath for future needs.

I could not be happier with my experience at Affordable Kitchens & Baths. The value of the services I received is unmatched! It was such a great experience at every step. This is a world-class team that works hard to make things fit a budget...all with exceptional customer service. Before I called AKB, I researched several other options. A local kitchen designer was very hesitant to work with me when I told her my upper budget limit—which I felt was a lot of money. When I walked in the door, I told Shannon what we had to work with and she didn’t blink. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and encouraging—AND because I had an idea of what I wanted to do, she let me lead when necessary and took the reins when I asked her to. The result is a unique and beautiful workhorse of a kitchen. My small space required very careful planning to ensure I got the most out of every square inch, and I did. (We even managed to fit double ovens!) Once the planning process was done, AKB was on it. They contacted us to let us know when the project could start and began the process as soon as possible. What shocked me was the time frame—despite several VERY big challenges (the house was built in 1925), Bill was able to complete the job in LESS THAN A MONTH. The craftsmanship is excellent, and his attention to detail is impeccable. The poor guy had to deal with a crooked floor, wavy walls, plaster ceilings..among many other caveats. But he was a good sport—and I really enjoyed having him around for a few weeks! But most importantly, the end result is absolutely stunning. My kitchen is better than I ever could have imagined. It looks amazing. I’ve recommended AKB to many friends as a result. What a great experience!

Can’t say enough great things about Affordable Kitchens and Baths! Materials arrived when they said they would. Kelly and his staff came promptly on time, completed the work on schedule and left absolutely no mess behind. The workmanship was terrific the Onyx countertops gorgeous and the cabinetry beautiful. Would go to AK&B again in a heartbeat in the future. Laura, the designer took a great deal of time with us as we planned our projects and selected materials. There was never the feeling of pressure to spend more than we had budgeted or upsell us in any way.
