Paid for a sectional in full on 10/4/2020. I was called by Bob's and was told that delivery would be closer to January 2021. I called Bob's in January 2021 to check in and was able to schedule delivery for 1/30/2021. Received an email on 1/19/2021 stating that the order was now delayed until March. Called Bob's and asked for more information regarding the six-month delay with my order. Elizabeth O. in the Escalations Department was unprofessional and unhelpful. Her only suggestion was to put me on a list where I could potentially request to bump other paying customers down the list and get faster delivery. I was unable to get clarification on how that would be fair to other paying customers and decided to cancel my order. During this process, I also spoke to Lonnie in Customer Care; he was helpful and friendly. Ultimately I canceled with Bob's, but I appreciate Lonnie's professionalism.

We went to the St Peter's store two days ago.nCliff was the salesman who helped us. He was an absolute gem!nHelpful and knowledgeable, and a gentleman! We bought a sofa and loveseat and already have our sofa! Please let management know how great Cliff was!!nDefinitely recommend, and will shop again!!nCliff rocks!!

Please heed my warning regarding this company! This is not a company that will accommodate their customers in a timely manner if, at all. I should have listened to my gut when I read that they accept no returns. I unfortunately receive a damaged product that I was told would get a replacement for in mid Feb. It is now end of March and no one had reached out to me to give me any updates regarding my replacement. I finally contacted Bob's, which is very difficult in itself and impossible as far as I can tell to talk to someone directly at the store. I was told the latest was a replacement would be sometime in May. The entire experience and uncaring customer service behind this company has left me wishing I would have spent my money elsewhere. I will also add that the furniture itself for the price is not very durable at all. Combined with everything else that has happened with Bob's I would give this company a 0 out of 5 if I could. Please take your business elsewhere with a company that will stand by their products and do everything they can to help the customer out when their are problems.

Ordered a bed frame and mattress in October 2020 and was told everything would be ready for pick up in December. November the frame was ready for pick up and they said I had to come pick it up even though I wouldn’t have the mattress, after explaining I was told by the sales rep that I could wait until everything was in they agreed to hold it but made a comment that they are not a wear house. In December I called to confirm the mattress would be there and was told it would now be January. January comes and they tell me February. At this point I spoke with customer service and they said they would deliver just the mattress, not the frame or the box spring. The delivery date in February came and the 2 drivers attempted to leave a 3 foot tall box at my front door that was supposed to have a king size mattress in it! Glad to say I never picked up the frame or the box spring and caught the delivery drivers before they left to take the “king size mattress” back, and since I didn’t have any of the items I canceled the entire order and took my money to a local business. FYI, there is a Facebook group called I hate Bobs since this and much worse are standards of Bobs furniture!

This is the worst experience with furniture stores ever. Came to the store and bought a bed frame in November 2020. They scheduled for delivery on 01/29/2021. Waited until middle Jan, and called to confirmed the delivery date. Then, the store told us that they delay the delivery into February. We then waited and called the store in February, now they said they had to delay to March 25th. We're extremely upset because not a single person in the store call to let us know about the delay. On top of that, they were so rude when talking to us when we question about our order. They also refused to refund a partial protection plan, even thought we don't receive our order after 4 months. Definitely won't come back, and will report this matter to BBB
