The people who I have worked with are friendly and respectful. I had a exact mattress that is only sold in another state thay found a related model. With no pressure I was able to do my own research and come back and place my order. Overall topnotch employees.
This was our second major purchase at Mattress Firm. I Say major because Tempurpedic is not cheap. They have a great financing special through synchrony bank. We were greeted with a hello and a smile by Kenneth at the mid Rivers store he was great yo work with and knew his stuff. Kenneth wasn’t pushy like some salespeople taking you to the most expensive first. Our expo was a great one thanks again
The staff was friendly and hard at work. (one of the locations I went to there was like one person running the whole store and so she was working hard taking phone calls and helping me.) And they had what I needed with a Slight Detour. The Pillow is super comfortable and I got a good deal on it.
Our experience was pleasant with a no pressure and Ken was able to answer all of our questions and matched us up with the mattress that fit our needs.
The sales rep was amazing. He wasnt pushy and listen to what we had in mind and showed us different bed to do and got us maximum savings. I highly recommend buying matresses from here
