Our salesman, Matt, was very educated about the products we were in the market for purchasing. He was very helpful in narrowing down our options to come to a perfect match. He was truthful about the cost of the products, provided us with a quote, and answered all of our questions with accuracy and professionalism. We did do additional comparisons for purchasing the products we wanted and Matt’s quote was the best deal so we made our purchase from him! We are looking forward to getting our new products and hoping any service that may be needed from Matt after all items are delivered will be just as good as they were when we were shopping and purchasing the products.

Brian was perfect. He explained everything in detail from start to finish. He told us we'd feel a big change with the Adjustable Base and then he showed us in his store what he meant, and he couldn't have been more accurate. My husband and I took our time trying his mattresses, and he encouraged us to go back and try our original options just so we could compare once again and that extra effort was very helpful. He was very real with us on pricing throughout the process, and we ended up taking home a great deal. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the market for a new bed. Thank you Brian!

I want to share what a wonderful response that Jess and her co-worker from Mid Rivers Mall location had when I needed customer support for an order I had placed online. Jess went above and beyond in responding to an issue regarding the frame that was delivered. The people that did the white glove delivery, failed to put the center brace on. The man stated that it's not required for a queen. After they left, I read the instructions and it is required. So, long story short. I couldn't get in contact with any online customer support, not even live chat. So, I attempted to contact Mid Rivers location via text. Jess responded, said that she would forward my text to the sales person who took my order being that I would need to go through the online sales person. I couldn't get ahold of anyone. So, I attempted to ask Jess if she could possibly help me. She got permission to help me and I can't think her and her co-worker enough. Sarah
