Once Upon A Child St. Peters, MO

I love this store, and so do others because it is always packed! I always feel like I get a good price for what I sell, the products I've bought have been in GREAT condition, and the staff are always friendly and pleasant, no matter how busy!nnI especially want to applaud the staff today. A customer was not wearing a mask, despite CLEAR signage on the front door. The staff informed her she would not be served until wearing a mask. They remained calm and collected even after this customer was rude. I applaud them for taking their safety measures seriously and truly holding their customers accountable. Bravo!!!

This store is always so neat and organized! Everything is arranged by size, then within each size range they have everything organized by clothing type, and then within each clothing type they have everything arranged by color! It is SO EASY to find things and all of the racks are always very orderly. It makes my OCD very happy and makes it so much more enjoyable to shop. Keep up the good work!

Bad customer service - refused to allow me in the store without a mask. I won’t be shopping there again until this company stops pushing totalitarian mask mandates - masks are not required my state so there is no reason for once upon a child to tell anyone what to do with their own bodies. No thanks. I can shop elsewhere. Good job Amazon another win for you - who knew you could so easily put all these companies out of business because they can’t think for themselves.

Selling my stolen stroller......can't do anything about with your stupid mask policy

Went into once upon a child in St. Peter’s yesterday- July 1st and had the best customer experience I’ve ever had at any of their locations. Attentive, helpful staff. They checked inventory for me when I called on the phone for a double stroller I was looking for. And held it for me. A different sales rep helped look up directions for collapsing it. And even though an unforeseen damaged wheel made me need to return it before leaving the store, the manager was quick to give me a refund. And I ended up finding something that worked even better for my twins’ needs. Plus plenty of cute summer and Fourth of July clothing finds. Excellent experience. Will be back!
