I had my first session of laser removal a few days ago and just wanted to say that I’m so happy I went to Undo! I read previous reviews, all five stars, which gave me confidence in going to this particular business. Kevin is super informative, kind, and overall made my experience very pleasant! The front desk receptionist/assistant, whom I didn’t get their name, was also very professional and nice. Overall the whole experience felt very non-judgmental and extremely comfortable. I am excited to continue going here with my future sessions. If you are hesitant on where to go, go HERE!!
100000000% adore the office here!! Kevin and his assistants are so cheerful and eager to really help people with their tattoo removal journey. Their pricing is not outrageous and they're so down to earth!! Please do yourself a favor and see Kevin!!
I was very nervous by the time I arrived for my appointment. Kevin took his time with me to answer any questions thoroughly, and prepared me for what to expect. Process was not painful for my first appointment to remove a ring finger tattoo, quick and felt like static electricity. Ideal atmosphere and experience. Friendly office staff. I was very pleasantly surprised and look forward to going back again!
Kevin is very nice, friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable of the process of tattoo removal. I like how he charges by session instead of all upfront. Very fair pricing! He also doesn’t spam/ send a bunch of emails asking you to come back. I waited about 3 months in between a session and I didn’t feel pressured to come back, which was nice. It’s also a fast and easy process. Thank you
I am glad I choose Undo for my tattoo removal!! Kevin is very professional and very nice. He does a great job explaining the process and ensuring I am aware of what to expect. Scheduling is super easy. The office staff is superb. And, most importantly, we making progress on getting that tattoo off of me. It is surprising less expected that I thought it would be. I highly recommend!
