They said on the phone they do make something and when I go to the bakery they said they don't. I give them a 5 starts anyways just communicate well.
They didnt put the decor I requested on my cupcakes. The lady told me she'd have the baker fix it and to come back tomorrow. What? Just give me the lil trinkets and I will do it myself. You'd think I asked for a miracle. She was not happy that she had to dig through a drawer to find them. No consideration for the lil boy who was watching her - he was so hopeful- these were his requested bday cupcakes. Ok, bad day, no big deal. Until I realized I got whipped instead of buttercreme icing AND they put the cupcakes in a bakery box and charged me for a cupcake CAKE instead of just 2 dozen cupcakes. Not impressed at all.
I am not an employee of Walmart therefore I do not want to check myself out at 6:30 in the morning I want someone to wait on me like I do at my job I wait on somebody else
