I really enjoyed the relaxing experience. I have loved floating in swimming pools, lakes and rivers all of my life, but there was something super special about my time in the tank. I felt brand new mentally, physically and spiritually, as I climbed out. We already made appointments for our next round ud83eudd17

My experience was amazing. This was my first time floating and I was very relaxed by the end. There was only one other person there so it was easy to get checked in and back to a room. I am excited to go back.

I am so aesthetically pleased with my visit at Theta Spa. I received a 90 minute float as a birthday present and I will be coming back every month for probably the rest of my life now!nnIt was super clean in there, smelt amazing, the staff was so nice. Next time I plan on trying to float with the music on the whole time. It was very calming to hear and helped ease my thoughts.nnI left feeling phenomenal. I felt very calm, and very relaxed. It was the best experience. Thank you so much Theta spa.

This has always been a point of curiosity for me, so i booked two appointments for my honey and I to try it out! Not only was everything thoroughly explained, but i felt completely comfortable going through the process of getting ready for my first float (I.e. take a shower, getting into the tank, finding a comfortable positing to float) I felt in complete control, and I had no nerves when it came to enjoying time to myself. Which for some people, including myself, can be daunting.nnI’m not entirely sure, but I think i ended up sleeping for a portion of it! I was so relaxed! I never realized how much stress I carry in my upper body until I got out of the tank! After I got home, I slept better than I have in years. Pure, uninterrupted, SOLID sleep.nnPlease come here, if you’re curious. Granted, it is hard to switch your mind off. But once you do, the time goes by like a snap of the finger. You come out a different person, it was so nice to unplug.nnWe will definitely be coming back!
