Went to get a chemical peel for my brithday , got talked out of it and into microderm by the lady because she said if i wasnt planning to get a chemical peel every month for 6 months i would be wasting my money, and said that i would see instant results from microderm, i have acne scars and some forehead wrinkles i was hoping to fade, wasnt expecting anything to be compleatly gone, but wanted to try to fade it a little if anything... that was why i wanted to do chemical peel, becase thats what it said it does on the website. I had a hard time just relaxing because i felt i should respond when she spoke, pretty much the whole time. My face feels like it got a good exfoliating wash, but nothing looks any different. Really dissapointing i feel like i wasted my money on this. I wish i had gotten the chemcial peel even if it was just 1 for now to fade put my scaring and forhead lines a little..... after i was done it was my moms turn to get microderm, it was a birthday thing we were doing together and she was also dissapointed, had a hard time trying to relax becauae the lady was talking the whole time.

I scheduled two 90 minute massages for myself and my husband for his 30th birthday. And they called us less than an hour before we were about to leave and informed us we needed to reschedule. I used a vacation day to get off work (that I won't get back) and even had scheduled a baby sitter. We don't ever get evenings off like this. A lot of thought, time and care was put into planning this evening and it started with their cancelation. I read reviews of MANY customers experiencing the exact same thing but I thought surely things would be different. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Do not give them a chance. GO ELSEWHERE.

I called wanting a last minute massage, then mentioned it was prenatal so they couldn’t get me in as soon as I had hoped. The last massage place I went to had burning oils And incents and I’m extremely allergic to eucalyptus. They thought I had covid because I couldn’t breathe so that was the end of that mess. Yikes. Anyway, at Massage Envy they were able to work me in and I was so excited to go. They actually called me and said there was a cancellation so I could come in early. YES. They got me an appointment with JJ Sunday, and I had to ask for an additional 30 minutes. I almost asked for another 30. But that would have made my appointment 2 hours. She’s very good at what she does. I just wanted to fall asleep in the car honestly. I was stress free for the rest of the night.nAlso, the gal on the phone also helped me get a membership, and I was ALL OVER THAT. I didn’t even know that existed. So thank you guys for making my life a little easier and now I have something to look forward to on Sundays. I’m definitely going to have to schedule for 2 hours though because I just didn’t want to get up.nSuper personable as well as professional. I look forward to my weekly massages. Thanks guys!
