I hadn't been to a massage therapist in a while and I felt pretty good so I wasn't sure if getting a massage was really necessary but I scheduled a Swedish Massage with Lily and was amazed at how much better I felt during the massage and afterward. Lily is friendly, professional, and accommodating to your needs. She is thorough in evaluating what might be best for you and checks in with you during the massage to make sure you are comfortable and that what she is doing is working for you. It was a pleasant way to check in with my body, take care of myself, and enjoy a relaxing hour in a gorgeous space with a wonderful person. So, even if you think you're not in need of a massage, schedule one with Lily! You will be amazed at how incredible you feel.
I had an hour long massage with Lily. It was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend. It was also incredibly easy to book an appointment online. I highly suggest giving this place a shot the next time you need a visit to the spa.
