This store has lost all appeal on all levels.

My fiance and I bought out wedding bands at JCPenny's today. After looking through several different stores and trying on several rings, we find ourselves here. The price range is great, we found rings within our budget that we love. I, personally, love the one I found a lot. The guy that helped us today was friendly and funny, we appreciated his service. I look forward to shopping at Penny's more often now.

I really want to shop here. I do. They have decent prices and quality products. But I can't ever get checked out. They have 10+ people in line at each register. I have put my clothes back on multiple occasions because of the lengthy checkout. It seems that they're too interested in pushing their credit cards that they aren't really concerned with real customer service.

Awesome place they don't have one where i live

I found lots of great buys here. Lots of clearance items and the store was recently rearranged so it's easy to find what you need.
