The staff here is great!! I come in just about every day to get a coffee with my subscription (which is also great). I am always greeted and the staff even knows my order. I have nothing but great things to say!
I had such a great experience here. The staff are kind and accommodating. The girl with the pink hair and glasses was super great and made the whole trip better.
Love Panera, the food there is wonderful. I don't think I've ever had anything there that I didn't like.
Excellent customer service in my experience. Had a technical issue with the mobile app ordering ahead and my order didn’t get made but when I showed up in drive thru the manager jumped in to help (I didn’t even ask to speak to him, haha) and they got the order ready really fast and were super helpful and apologetic even though I think it was the app’s fault and not theirs. I’ve been going there for years back when it was St. Louis Bread co. and have always had good experiences.
Wonderful oatmeal!!! Excellent and friendly drive thru customer service.
