OPENLY discriminates against customers. Will not be going back after the display of disrespect I saw this evening.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this store (so sorry for the long review)! I wish I had caught the workers name when I called because she was incredibly friendly and helpful.nI ordered a large order (6 dozen) for a few groups of students. Due to Covid issues I needed them wrapped individually, and delivered half on one day half on another.nBefore calling Insomnia I tried a different bakery, and was treated poorly, I am so glad I switched to this place instead!! They were accommodating and amazing! On top of that they have yummy cookies!! This teacher will be ordering any and all cookies for my students (and myself) from Insomnia Cookies from now on!
There is not a better chocolate chunk cookie in this town!!! I went this week and not only loved the warm gooey cookie that hit the spot but also loved the cute spunky, short lady behind the counter. She made the experience fun! Thank you so much!!
The person I spoke to on the phone had poor customer service skills. She snapped at me because SHE said the wrong thing. She probably needs more training or clean the bathrooms instead but the cookies were warm and at my door at a reasonable time.
