Amber Heater does wonder work, she is my stylist. I've been going to Salon Image for several years. I've received facials, manicures, massages, and float therapy. I've always had a wonderful experience.

this was my third time at salon image, and the first two times i loved it! i’ve previously had my hair cut and bleached here before and both times were great. however, i went in looking for a layered haircut featuring face framing layers (with a reference image) and did not get as such. i realize that it’s not possible to get the exact same thing as reference photos but this is just....not even in the same realm of what i wanted. none of my layers are blended at all and look very choppy/blunt and the face framing ones look like an entire different haircut. my hair is uneven in the front and since everything is so choppy i can’t even style to hide it :( it looks like the stylist just cut straight across and didn’t even try in some parts. was very disappointed because i took a lot of inches off my hair and was really looking forward to this experience but now i have to go somewhere else to get it fixed :/ staff have always been super friendly but i would have appreciated for the stylist to say she wasn’t comfortable with doing the hairstyle rather than pretending to and messing it up. don’t think i’ll be returning after this

Highly recommend Jenna as a stylist, shes amazing and always does a great job!!! Shes attentive & always takes her time to make sure your satisfied!

Went into to get a gel dip manicure, the lady was really nice and friendly. They had a large selection of colors to choose from. I'll definitely be going back in a few weeks to get them done again. Salon Image also has great pedicures for a decent price! Definitely worth checking out

Didn't get a good first impression of receptionist but, the stylist that consulted with me was amazing super sweet and very friendly
