I have been to this cafe three times now. The first time I ordered (online ordering is SO easy for their website) a Crab-Melt bagel and the Turkey Focaccia sandwich w/ cranberry pecan spread (I LOVE this sandwich). I add tomato on an asiago bagel for the crab melt. The tomato makes a delicious addition, in my opinion. I add sprouts to the turkey sandwich on top of all the other toppings and it's so delicious, as well! Then I came home and put a thin slice of swiss cheese on the turkey sandwich and it elevated it SO much & brought those other flavors out perfectly. Kind staff as well. I think I spoke to the owner the last two times I went in and he seems very pleasant. I will MOST CERTAINLY return, probably several times a week!

Poor first time experience. I returned my sandwich I previously requested with a different meat. Instead of remaking the sandwich, the snooty female pulled off the bacon which was still partially stuck to the melted cheese on bagel, slapped a cold piece of cheese and sausage on the bagel. Why am I being mistreated for her mistake? She has a poor attitude. I returned for my money back. The restaurant shows no care for their paying customers. We were polite but mistreated by the rude staff. In addition, they microwave the imitation egg in plastic bowls. That’s just nasty.

Please dont spend your hard earned money here. They will ruin your order of almost 100 dollars. When you call for them to fix it they will hang up and try to tell you they did it right. Just go somewhere that will treat people decent ud83dudc4c
