Went in to purchase Granular Bromine for our spa. Neither of the two employees knew of granular bromine and looked at me as if I was speaking another language. I left, went to my car, pulled up a picture of Spa Essentials granular bromine on my phone, went back in and showed them. Then I ordered online.
Love this place. They are the best when it comes to your pool. Found them about 5 years ago and will not anywhere else.
