I’m so happy with my nails! Extremely clean and professional establishment!
I called to setup an appointment for a wax and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The owner and her other staff member put their jackets on and started cleaning up the shop. They were people in this shop receiving services and they never called me back for my wax because they didn't want to service me. These people are ignorant, rude, ghetto, and unprofessional. They think of themselves not others they ran a good customer away and I wont refer anyone to go here they are pathetic and disrespectful. They have no customer service skills,
Great service. Nail tech was friendly. Definitely going again.
