My mother is 90 years old and needs help with her food stamp application. It's been 2 months and I am 1600 miles away trying to get some help for her. Wait on the phone and no one answers, call the other number they suggest and NO ANSWER. Are you there to help or NOT??

Slow at getting things done, clients neglected depending on who you deal with. Constantly have to be pushed for service to be completed, things on their end not done on time and clients always being blamed. Never answer phones, Emails, or return calls as messages state they will. Use to be better, service really has gone downhill.
