I only come here when best nails and spa isn’t open, which is my go to. i have been here twice and for good reason. my fingers always get cut during the process, either with the file or the electric nail file. i got square shape for work and they are more rounded after having him file three times for the shape. they ended up being filed shorter than i originally asked for. they rush the whole process so my nails are never painted completely or have a top coat over the whole nail. very unfriendly environment. will not be back.

I went to get my nails filled and get new polish. I had one of the guys and he was very rough and was fast when doing them. He cut my finger twice and didn’t say anything about it. He had an attitude when i told him i wanted coffin shape and a little bit short. They ended up not even being the shape I wanted. He did not speak to me until it was time to pay and he was only worried about his tip. I will definitely not be back. Not a friendly environment

I only went here today because I needed my nails redone and Best Nails (my absolute favorite) was closed. The man was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Way too rough. I pulled my hand away from him everytime he hurt/cut me and he just looked at me like im crazy. Did not give me the shape I wanted. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. NEVER GOING BACK.

This was the worse experience that I have had in a nail salon. The man who did my feet didn’t even allow them to soak 10 minutes before scrubbing the bottoms. I told him multiple times that my nails were not the correct shape and he decided chopped all my toe nail super short when I told him not to. The gel polish I got is all over my skin in flakes and my entire nail isn’t painted one some. I tried to give a new place in natchitoches a try only to be severely disappoint!
