I purchased a gift certificate for $190.00 for specific services in September from Ego's and was told that the recipient had only 60 days to schedule services. When he attempted to schedule, he was told he had to do it online. He submitted his request several times with no response and left several voicemails. Their website is now down and no one returns the phone calls or my emails. They scammed me out of nearly $200 but even worse my friend can't use the birthday gift I purchased him which is not only embarrassing but also very disappointing.

Got a big Groupon deal for a bachelor party here. Sounded great. We tried reserving months in advance but were told it was too far out. Fair enough. Closer to the date we were told it was all booked up. So we just got scammed out of hundreds with nothing to show for it and no refunds from groupon and no help from egos. So don't try to plan events around this place. Small group of 2 or 3 on a very loose schedule and who knows you might have a great time

Jaelyn is my barber here and she is absolutely amazing. Always prompt and the cuts are always clean - plus her vibe is positive!

Found this gem on Groupon! Brought my husband for his birthday. BEST GIFT EVER!! The owners and staff were so attentive ! They treated my husband ROYALLY! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and we were very comfortable! Hubby fell asleep during his pedicure and massage! Not an easy task to get this man to relax let alone sleep in the daytime! Will defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking for a total body experience in an atmosphere where it's all about you! Ladies, if you're looking for a place to pamper your significant other, THIS IS IT!!

I've been getting my hair cut here for about a year and initially it was an awesome experience. Black owned, barbershop, and day spa. It was exactly what I was looking for!nnBefore I get into the bad I will say that the staff is nice, it feel like a neighborhood barbershop while also providing a ton of awesome services.nnLike other reviewers have said I paid for an online gift card for my mom's birthday present. The whole process of purchasing the gift card was annoying. My mom called and booked an appointment, but when she arrived, the owner forgot to write down the appointment in their books and told she was booked all day. No real apology or offer to fix the problem.nnMy brother order some cosmetic products from their online store and not only was the product 2 weeks late, it was also half of what he ordered and they offered no real apology or solution.nnA few months ago, I went and got my usual haircut from the same barber I've been seeing for about a year and it was overall a good experience. However after a few weeks when my hair started to grow someone noticed a bald spot from where I was cut super close. I went back for a follow up once my hair grew back. I talked to my barber Jae and showed her a photo of the spot explained to her what happened, and she didn't apologize or admit that it was her fault. She just said it was probably due to stress.nnOverall inconsistent service and no accountability. I want so badly to like this place, but they have screwed up too many times over the time I've been going there.
