We did a couples massage with champagne and chocolate strawberries. The massage was top notch and quite lovely. The pressure was nice and they really worked out some kinks. There was also lots of private time in the end for couples time. The spa itself was nice, clean and staff friendly. I wish there were steam rooms or a jacuzzi, but this is still the best massage in NOLA. We will be back!!
Very rushed experience. As I booked a bridal party of 6. I was told through email we would receive 2 complimentary bottles of champagne because of our party of 6. Then when I was called to confirm my appointment the day before I was told we would only receive one due to 2 of our guest were pregnant. Half of our party wasn't offered to change into gowns and 3 of the girls schedules 60 min massage and was given 40 mins. Also some massage rooms were outside the spa in hotel rooms. I called the spa 10 minutes prior to our appointment to tell them we were looking for parking because there is no parking in front of the building.nLastly due to covid we were placed in a conference room in the hotel due to COVID restriction. I would not recommend this place. Not what I was expecting.
Booked a massage, pedicure, and manicure last minute...these guys are amazing!! The receptionist was super warm and inviting. She helped us get food delivered, even recommended some of her favorite places to eat. Jeremys deep tissue massage was outstanding!! Millie did my nails perfectly and has a lovely warm personality. Spa Aria is a gold star shining in New Orleans.
From the booking to our couple message the whole experience was great.
Had a facial here and it was both relaxing and helpful to my skin. There were some gentle extractions, and the products used where customized for my skin type. The products also smelled fantastic from natural scents. Had a papaya and pineapple peel and a green apple mask. So worth it!
