BFF and I researched before deciding on Waldorf. We booked the entire day with a treatment, massage, facial, and blow out. To be fair, my massage was amazing but my best friends was terrible. He massaged or rather touched with one hand, didn't do a deep tissue as requested, nor did he actually do the exfoliating scrub the way advertised. When we expressed our concerns, the manager separates us so that she could talk to my best friend, which really angered her since she is a little more reserved and didnt want to make the person feel bad. The manager agreed to refund me for her treatment and massage, when we checked out later, they had only refunded one treatment. When I asked the front desk what had happened, they told me I had to come back since the manager had left for the day. You could tell the person at the front desk just wanted to leave (it was right before closing). We were there just for the weekend, and we decided to not go back and deal with the negativity. For the amount of money you pay for here, you would expect consistent great service. honestly, i would go elsewhere..there are other places in NOLA that will treat you better.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED. Had a good massage, paid with a giftcard that covered the whole massage, they couldn't get the giftcard machine to work so they said they would bill the card I had on file IF they needed to, but only after calling me later when the manager came in. Woke up to a $90 charge on my credit card, no calls from them. Had to call for days before a director promised a refund and it's been two weeks and I have yet to see a refund. I will NOT be going back.

The Spa experience was phenomenal! The service was excellent. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Ask for Lana when you go! She is amazing!
