I want to first state that their beauty bars are great. They work well and it cleared up my face.nnNow my reasoning for the 1 star. The website had a sale so I decided to rack up on my soaps for a while. So I ordered 2 bars. My order shipped quickly. When I got it I only received one bar on 2/9. I emailed them immediately and got a nice response on 2/10 saying they apologize and it would be shipped out by Friday. Friday came and went and nothing. Long story short I kept asking about my soap and they kept telling me another day it would ship out well here it is March 11th OVER a month later and still my second beauty bar still isn’t here. I ended up having to contract my credit card company and do a dispute to get my money back since they refused to send me my product I spent my money on.nnI do like this soap but unfortunately this is no way to run a business at all. I get there’s times people lie about situations like this but I have no reason at all to lie.nnNow I’m out to find a new company to get my soaps from.

Today I finally made my way to Queendom Aesthetics! I was greeted by Jazz! She was down to earth & very knowledgeable of the products! I overly love her products!!!!! It really helped me to clear my hormonal acne after my baby. I finally got to New Orleans so i had to stop by to get me some beauty bars. I was greeted at the door as Queen ud83dudc78ud83cudffdud83dudc81ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f. They were all very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful with helping me choose what was best for me.

I see the growth in this business! The place looks amazing and most of all the queens that assisted me were pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to assist. That's in addition to the bomb natural products they provide. I'm absolutely sold on Queendom Aesthetics. Thank you for the experience from beginning to end!

Today was my first time and everyone was very pleasant! The ambiance was everything from the wine down to the candles, I felt relaxed the entire time. Nique did a great job with my facial! I will def be back.
