Conveniently located, nice lobby. Good security (room card required to enter the building). However, the windows do not block sound, and you can hear the Canal street traffic very easily. AC in room had a hard time controlling the humidity, and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. The vinyl plank floors were DIRTY and gross... we left dirty footprints in the bathroom after walking barefoot on the room floors. No grab and go breakfast offered in place of the normal free hot breakfast. Pillow were pretty awful, and we could not get extras when requested. Pillows were not included for the sofa bed, and the blankets provided for the sofa bed need to be replaced.

Renewed SpringHill Suites in New Orleans. It is well located on Canal street. However, parking is paid and it is not next to the hotel but instead a couple of blocks away. Due to Covid-19 protocol, they were not serving breakfast buffet but instead To-Go breakfast which was not really good. The room was excellent with everything relative new and excellent view to Canal Street. Price was very good for what you get.

The room was clean and we enjoyed the panoramic view. Front staff were very friendly. Heater was not working so it was freezing in our room (61 degrees). There's a parking lot across the street and people were doing donuts with their car late at night. It was very noisy all night. No breakfast due to Covid.

For a cheap hotel, it's very nice. Large, updated room with a nice bed. Location is a bit sketchy at night, but the price can't be beat
