AVOID THIS LOCATION. This location is incapable of keeping appointments correctly. My appointments have been messed up so many times that I can’t keep count. Then I have a genuine emergency and I’m told I have to forfeit a month of service even though I’ve had my appointments changed last minute or shown up to be told my appointment was put the following week instead of this week. I should have charged them every time they messed up. I’d have years of free services. This place is a joke. Go to a different location unless you like having your time wasted. I feel sorry for the therapists that work here because they really are good.

The staff was meh.. at best. If you’re in the market for a massage, I’d recommend the citiplace location. Good luck!

We had a reservation for a couples massage at 3pm. We showed up at 2:30pm but they had no record of it.

I bought my mom a massage from here for her birthday and included the tip and all. I made sure they left a note saying not to ask her for a tip because I included it, and they still asked her and she paid more than it was supposed to be. That was very dishonest. Don't recommend
