Cleanest nail salon that I have ever seen. My nail tech was as sweet as could be. Can't wait to go back!
I paid a significant amount of money for a gift certificate off of their website. I learned later that my purchase wasn't completed for 2 months (which was extra disappointing b/c this was supposed to be a mother's day gift). It has been 2 weeks since someone told me I would be contacted some sort of retribution but I've heard nothing from them. I could understand if this were just a computer glitch, but they have not been responding to my emails since they figured out how badly they effed up. Definitely not using this place again.
The service i recieved was awesome. However, the cleanliness of the Spa was a little concerning. I did the float therapy which has alot of salt involved and when you get out of the tank it crystallizes on your skin. When i got out i notcied this salt on the side of the tank as well on the floors and other areas (as it would have not be cleaned off after previous users). On the other hand, the float therapy was a nice, relaxing experience. They also offered a shower with towels, personal hygiene products, a blow dryer, and even individual wrapped brushes; this was greatly appreciated.
I DO NOT recommend this place what so EVER! I got my nails done and they came out horrible and my tips came off the next day. I went to get it fixed and it was very rushed. The nails were not even the same length. i paid $40 for sns with tips and it came out very poorly. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Very clean and professional...workers are very prompt and knowledgable of procedures...
