Rented a van here to move a few items across town. I thought the customer service was excellent. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who had helped me out because I think he deserves recognition. Just extremely friendly, very informative, and prompt. Nobody likes moving, but their employee made this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location.
I've been a recurring customer for over five years. Great place to ger your move on.
Made a reservation online for a 26' went to pick up and they didn't have it. Had to downsize to a 17'. They said they sent a notice but, I received nothing stating they didn't have a 26' truck available.
**I am updating this because I realized the "notice" they sent me was when one of the employees was literally calling me in the store while I was already being helped by another employee. I never received notice about the truck not being available.
Kindest people and always willing to help you get what you need. They make your time most valuable.
Called store before I went to appointment, specifically told that car would need ECU MOTION SENSOR, so that lift gate would function correctly when Hitch is installed they said they would call if any problems came up, I thought they knew what they were doing since they are professionals, but they didn't, motion lift gate does not work anymore, when I called Manager, he just chucked An jived me, left messages never responded, finally got a call after I call AGAIN and All I got was some more Chuck and jive, they should have known what to do they're pros, will not recommend this store or ever set foot in it again, very disappointed brand new car and now it not functioning properly.
