I ordered a cherry pie through shatto delivery service from Fresh Out Foods for Thanksgiving. It was delivered to my home on Monday and this morning, Wednesday, I discovered it had gotten left out. I called Fresh Out Foods just to see if they recommended I throw it out since it is supposed to be frozen. Not only was Kim super kind and understanding of my mistake, but she replaced the pie for free as well! I had absolutely no expectations whatsoever and just didn't want to throw out what looks like it will be an amazing pie without at least asking if there was a chance to save it. The service from Kim was out of this world and she completely saved my holiday! My husband and I have 4 kids and I work about 50 hours a week so time is not something I have a lot of. She has single handedly made my week! I will definitely be shopping here more frequently and recommend this business to anyone and everyone!
