This Dunkin has improved tremendously in the last one or two months. Sunday’s use to be such a hard time getting in & out right before church. Speed has increased. Managers & staff are friendly and very efficient with their work. Restaurant very clean also bathrooms. Will continue coming to this location.
My absolute favorite place in Hudson. Miss Amy the manager there was the most amazing person I've ever met. The crew is so polite and friendly. They gave my service animal little munkins every morning. All of the staff is very well trained and polite. The store was always clean and even though they stay super busy you still get in and out fast without feeling like they tried to rush you. I do miss my morning coffee there

I was greeted and thanked for being a customer. I come almost every evening and Mikayla has been especially sweet and professional. Also The team she was working with were so kind and helped each other out. It’s a pleasure coming to this location and seeing the smiles and hard work! Thank you so much!
Awesome customer service! We were traveling for Thanksgiving and they happened to be open so we stopped in for the iced peppermint mocha before they closed. They gave us some free munchkins since they were about to close and it was so nice ❤ufe0f
