Ordered an ice cream birthday cake on Wednesday. Was told I could pick it up on Friday. When I arrived, they had not made the cake. My child traveled 500 miles to be with us on his birthday. We had a 30 year tradition of serving a baskin Robbins ice cream cake on his birthday. I will not return to this store for any products or services. Very disappointed.
It's a great place to go pick up some ice cream it's great for children I love their little monster creations my only problem Is I went at night and I went through the drive thru and I couldn't really see the menu overall it was pretty good ice cream.
Stopped for a large vanilla shake. The shake was decent. However they only had 13 flavors not 31.
Nice people. Even gave my service dog a cup of whipped cream
Ordered a ice coffee with almond milk.. Staff was very and on point with my order.. I'm very pleased with my experience..
