Good drinks service was rude
Waited all year for their pumpkin spice latte and found they have no staff who are able to make it. After the second try I gave up. The donuts are good but the prices are terrible. All I really wanted was the pumpkin spice. I'm in no hurry to return to be treated rudely when I'm paying such high prices and still not getting what I ask for. It's a shame this place used to be so good.
This was the only place I ever got coffee but lately they don't have but two people staffed in the morning which is ridiculous. You can't walk in to pick a mobile order so they are making money off people who can't wait an hour in line bc we have jobs to go to. Do better Thomasville Dunkin.
Very clean restaurant the staff is usually nice when I come there but I've heard mixed reviews. I will say this if you are in a hurry in the morning this is not really the place to go because they usually have a line all the way to the road I waited a good 15 to minutes in the drive through and it's like that every morning.
