Management needs to educate their worker with blue/green hair on customer service skills and common sense. She has an attitude problem every single week that I go here. All I get is a large iced matcha latte with LIGHT ice. Very simple. She puts extra ice and I ask to remake and then she ran her mouth saying I should order it that way. Which I did and repeated it to make sure they heard. She proceeded to to throw together a second drink and made it the same way then when I said it was the same she yelled and said no it’s not as I held me them side by side. I just drove away. She has never gotten a drink right, even other coffee drinks and always has an attitude.

Worst service I have ever experienced ever in any establishment. Each time my coffee is bitter and order in correct. Each worker has a bad attitude and cares nothing about customer service.

Upon entering we will notice that this is a very clean establishment. The smell of pastries and coffee is very welcoming. The staff is quick. maximum wait time maybe 10 minutes. All in all I'm pretty satisfied.

I went in for a refill and they wanted to charge me almost $3. Getting a Regular coffee was actually cheaper... Im very disappointed in this, i have been a loyal customer to this place for years and now not so much.

It really doesn’t deserve even one star but can’t post without one. Management and workers are horrible here. I’ve been going there for years because it was the only one around but thankfully there’s a new one in Thomaston. Thomaston has great staff and the owner of the Griffin one needs to show up and watch his store every now and then. At times I run into workers that used to work at the DD in Griffin and every one of them said they quit because of the manager. I can see why. Please clean house there.
