Packages are constantly rescheduled for bogus reasons. Local weather delay on clear sunny days. Business closed, but I am not a business, just a resident. Delivery attempted but no one home. I am always home when I have a package coming, attempt was never made. My last package was on the fedex vehicle out for delivery on 30 March. Today is 1 April 2021, and the package still hasn't been delivered. . Latest status now is shipment delayed. How can shipment be delayed if the item has been on the FedEx truck for 3 days. New status is Rescheduled for 2 Apr 21. The Midland Ga FedEx ground center has to be the worst in the entire system.

Package was scanned delivered but wasn't. Kept getting different answers like, it was a computer error will be redelived later that day , and then it was a scan error will be delivered the next day and wasn't. Then the package is lost. I feel it was stolen. Something should be done about the drivers!!!

We have had numerous packages left by our garage door, exposed to the elements (like RAIN) and almost ran over one box because we typically don’t go out and look to see if any packages have been left out there where we would be exiting the garage. Our front porch is 25’ from the garage, it is covered from the elements (as in NO RAIN!). This particular facility is a contractor for Fed Ex called Van Mahr I believe. Last year they delivered a window air conditioning unit to the wrong house and we had to have Amazon resend another one because when they went back to get it from the house it was delivered to, it was mysteriously gone. Simply awful service. Our UPS guy, on the other hand, couldn’t be more professional and courteous. Always delivers to the porch, no matter how heavy or how many packages.

This is the second time we have NOT gotten our package from this FedEx, even though the carrier marked it delivered. They were perishable items and we were expecting the shipment as we get one EVERY WEEK, and we sit in the livingroom watching for the guy because we don't want our perishables sitting in the summer heat.nI have done some research and found that FedEx sells their routes to independent contractors who service those routes. Sort-of like a franchise but not. FedEx pays the route owners based on how many packages the driver picks up and delivers. I still have not received either package that they say were delivered.

They always lose my laundry Soap. They say that they had it out for delivery and that it had to go back to location for inspection and then I never recieve it. NOW EXPLAIN TO ME HOW ON 11/15/20 MY PACKAGE IS AT THE STORE LOCATION WAITING INSPECTION AND ON 11/18/20, THE STATUS CHANGES TO DELIVERED ON 11/11/20? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? I would give them 1/2 a star if it would allow me to. This is the 3rd time with these items.
