Lance and Nikki were wonderful! Our beloved dog passed away after 12 years of being part of the family. They worked with me and my husband on a Sunday to have everything taken care of! I strongly recommend using By City if you ever have to go through the loss of a pet. Lance and his team are compassionate, affordable, and responds quickly. They were a God Send!

I'm so glad I chose Bi City for my pet's cremation. They answered all of my questions and were so compassionate while helping me through the loss of my cat. Their prices are reasonable and have many choices of beautiful memorials and urns. Highly recommend

My dog passed away on September 6th. When I called I was told it would be around $130, I asked for fur the first time on the phone and then asked for paw prints too.They didn't cremate my dog until September 11th and didn't give me a piece of fur. My card declined on September 8th and didn't get told anything until I called on September 10th.

There r no words to describe how great and wonderful bi-city pet cremation have been to my family, we lost our beloved Kingston and bi city pet cremation did an excellent job and they was very kind, i wanted to say thank you bi-city for everything you guys r the best so 5ud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1f

I write this review with a broken heart, we lost our Gigi on July 10th, 2020. It was a unexpected event for us, as was the phone call with Lance, I could hear and feel the compassion and respect in his voice, I didn't expect someone on the other end of the phone to be so caring and understanding for a complete stranger but that is exactly what I got. I didn't feel like I was speaking to a company per se but another human being. I will never forget the kindness in his voice as he listened to me cry, just as I will never forget our baby Gigi, she meant the world to us and I feel like Bi City/Lance feels that way about us. Thankful for Bi City and all of their staff.
