I have loved Panera Bread Co. For years. First time at the Macon Rd one. Ordered tuna sandwich which I have ordered many times before. I was given a strange thick bread which I didn't like and didn't get the mayo and mustard I requested either. Tuna was fresh thou. They offered the 99 cent dessert but didn't have either two I requested. Had to settle for chocolate chip and it didn't taste to great. Maybe the service was off because I used the drive thru. They were pleasant and fast with service. Maybe it was an off day with the staff so I will try it again to see. Hopefully it will get better at this location. The Bradley Park area location is as always awesome.
All I wanted was a cinnamon crunch bagel, sliced and toasted, with a coffee. It shouldn’t have taken 10 minutes for coffee and then I had to go back to get my cup only for all the coffee to be empty. My cup was not even a third full so I threw it out
This is truly exceptional place to eat. The food is fresh and always hot. The crew members are so kind and nice to the customers.
Had a nice lunch with our granddaughters Sadie and Sophia. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you Panera Bread on Macon Rd, Columbus, Ga.
Unlimited coffee plan does not allow any drinks with expresso so I canceled my subscription... I don't always want just hot coffee... I'd like the cold coffee drinks with caramel etc...
