I’m definitely not giving a 1 star because of the food. Auntie Anne’s food is delicious ud83eudd24 However, the associate by the name of Krystal is the reason for this 1 star. I ordered from door dash and my order wasn’t filled. I called to Auntie Anne and I was told I just need to call DoorDash to get a refund. I was refused information about upper management, she was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. She stated I was yelling but when I told her she was yelling at me she hung up on me once more. As a paying customer this is totally unacceptable, us consumers is the reason why a business is successful as well as giving people like Krystal employment. I will contact DoorDash for the refund but that doesn’t fix that people who like to use DoorDash for food pick up at this restaurant may only be receiving part of the order due to the associate being busy. Customer service is very important and it’s clear that the associate Krystal doesn’t have that value.

This Auntie Anne's is great! The caucasian lady with blond hair was very friendly and helpful! She made my pretzel absolutely perfect with no butter, & lightly salted!
