I understand the pressure of working somewhere busy but this place needs new management. Orders are constantly wrong or their inventory is out of stock 99% of the time. I want to love this place but I've been disappointed too many times.
The water in the bathroom sink took forever to get warm. How are the employees washing their hands? The lady was rude when we asked her to fix our order. They got two out of three of our drinks wrong. Then she put so much flavor in one of them, it was not fit to drink. We just left it on the counter and left.
Sweet, kind ladies behind the counter and the bathrooms were very clean. One of the best dunkins I've ever been to.
Coffee is good. Drive through takes forever, don’t stop by on the way to work unless your boss is okay with you being late.
very bad service on this DD. Nobody cared about serving the customer well. Very dirty including the staff. I was waiting for 30 minutes for two sandwiches. and not even the manager cared when she saw that they did not give me my food. well in the end at least they decided to give me my money back, but still very bad service. Too bad for one who travels and has to go through this. no stars deserve I put one to comment on this
