I ordered a birthday cake to pick up on the 23. Now no one is answering the phone and no one is at the store. What kind of business that deals with birthdays would leave a customer hanging. Bad business.
Went to this location 2 days in a row based on hours posted on their google maps page, their Facebook, their website, and a physical sign saying “ We’re open.” Doors were locked and the phone was not being answered. The obvious assumption is that they are closed. However I tried ordering online in the midst of double checking their hours and they weren’t closed enough to charge me for my online order and give me a pick-up time.
Each time we have gone, we have been attended to promptly and with a smile. The workers are kind with my rambunctious kids and patient as we all try to decide what we want. I wish there were a few more ice cream options, but I usually stick to my favorites so not a big deal. The shop itself shares space with a Panda Express and a pharmacy, so keep that in mind.
Straight TRASH! This is what I paid for after placing an order 4 days in advance. Never again...
Staff was great. She was working all alone on a weekend and gave us excellent service even though there was a line. And of course the ice cream was delicious and perfect.
