Honest dedicated staff whose sole mission is to serve families with the upmost professionalism. This third generation family-owned business cares! They provide respect and dignity when it is needed the most. This funeral home and the employees have been a part of my life for over five decades.
I used Townsend floral page which has flowers and plants to choose from. I was very disappointed and embarrassed by what was received by the family. I paid $96.17 for a hydrangea plant from their page, and this gift of a hydrangea was posted to the deceased obituary page, but the family actually received a very small small azalea. I contacted Townsend, and they denied any responsibility, placing blame on the florist they used. The florist said they were paid $45.00 by Townsend for my order, and hydrangeas are not in season.nIn reply to the refund, I couldn't find a way to respond except by edit, thank you for the refund, very kind, and I appreciate it, but I justnreally wanted a nice flower for our grieving friends.
Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with were so kind and went above and beyond.
I’m not sure if I ever rated you guys. Thank you for the most loving and heartfelt experience. Every single one of you took such care in helping us have a wonderful service for my mother in law. Crystal, Mike, Hugh, Carl, and many others, were there for us, every second of this difficult time. And looking back, I see that you did things we weren’t even aware of at the time, just so we weren’t burdened. You will never know how much we appreciate you. We consider you family.
They were very Professional and very helpful and kind. The service for my mother was very nice. I think they are the best.
