Absolutely the worst service across the nation.nEvery single time my family came here there was a problem due to the service and overpricing.nnThis time was the last draw.nMy four year old son just left the ER after getting some stitches. He was excited to tell the lady his story, and she was impatient with him. I requested a taster spoon for the cotton candy flavor he wanted to try (four year olds can be picky) and was denied. With hesitation I decided to roll the dice. I asked her how much for the icecream with toppings and she pointed to sign. I asked for clarification and she said it's one scoop ($2.49 for kids I see on the sign). Then she didn't provide the toppings. I asked her about the toppings and she said she would give them to us. (She was barely audible too, almost a mouse's wisper). Then I tried to pay for it and suddenly it was twice the price. I asked her why it jumped up so much and she said she had to charge me for the extra. Maybe I'm wrong but I dont think a single scoop with a few nuts is supposed to be $5. I ended up leaving, more for the service than the price. My four year old was distraught, after such a hard day already. We went to Dary Queen to make it right, and they did.nnNo more BR for us at this location ever again.

Clean,friendly staff and fresh donuts. They make a good cappuccino. Always stop by when we are in town.

Very clean, fast service, and great location. I love the coffee rolls!

Service was slow, but the ice cream was delicious and the coffee was pretty good.
