There are some very rude employees there and they gave us the wrong order.
I will not be returning. Poor customer service and management. I’ve spent too much money between purchasing their gift cards, pastries, coffee, and ice cream for poor service and impromptu rules as I’m placing an order. Moving forward I’ll only be using Starbucks.
At the 441 location, there’s one employee who makes the worst hot chocolate. It’s like he puts brown water in a cup...hope it’s at least clean...and it tastes like that every time I get it from him. But the donuts slap.
First time visiting this location and it will be my last. Aside from it being the nastiest breakfast I have ever had in my life, I was rushed through the drive through and nearly yelled at. When we got to the window my hashbrowns were burnt and soggy. My sausage was not done, and they did not make my drink correctly. Also how sad is it to have a sign hanging that states if you have been over charged ask for the manager. Please save yourself the trouble and visit the one on 441 instead.
Best coffee today! Had egg and cheese english muffin and it was delicious too. Friendly service also. Great place!!
