Had another great experience at DD today. Had a large order, they were very helpful and my entire order was perfect! I keep seeing these negative reviews.... This is a brand new store, they are still learning. Obviously the people leaving negative reviews have never worked fast food. It takes time to learn everything, especially when everyone wants something made different ways. Be patient. They are human just like you!nThanks Commerce DD yall are doing a great job and have fantastic attitudes. KEEP UP THE FANTABULOUS WORK!!!!

I've been in 10 times to get Bavarian Cream Donuts and they say they Don't have then BUT they have Boston Cream? I went in Wed morning at 9 AM and they said they didn't have bit 5 Bavarian Cream SO I had to get the rest in Vanilla Cream and while the staff is NICE THAT DON'T mean SQUAT IF I CAN'T GET WHAT I WANT.

The staff is pretty friendly but they are always out of a large variety of menu items. I have had several issues ordering on the mobile app only to find out upon arrival that not only do they not have that item in stock, but they are unable to refund me. They usually offer me a different item but it is never equal to the original amount paid. I hope this location finds better management before it goes under.

Donuts are not made fresh here. They are often out of stock on main menu items like the cold brew and/or cold foam. Today I waited and drive-through only to realize that nobody is in the building with no signs saying that they are closed. WTH?

Horrible. The lady taking my order was highly uneducated , rude , and clearly not qualified for her job. I asked for a caramel frappuccino and she asked if I wanted it hot or cold, I kept asking for the frappe but she gave me a cappuccino instead? I also asked for a dozen donuts and she asked if I wanted 6 or 12. She also forgot my cold foam coffee so I had to pull up and wait for my coffee to be made. The service was absolutely ridiculous.
