I have been going to this pharmacy for years. I have never had a problem with them. They have been professional, and helpful with all the questions I have. They work crazily trying to get all the prescriptions done. They text me when they are ready. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job they do.
Don’t even bother asking the black pharmacist lady a question because she’ll just give you an attitude for 1 question. And this is not even about race I just don’t know her name. But I had asked if it was okay to take some medicine while pregnant and gave me hell about it. Saying I can’t just take whatever I want I need to take whatever the doctor said I can take and what not. But it was too late to call them so I figured I would ask her since it’s her job. Big mistake !
So unprofessional! I will never come here again! Came to pick up my grandmas HEART medicine that I called in around 2pm today. I got here at 6:30pm and they said that the Gainesville Walmart didn’t approve the transfer. So why wasn’t I notified? I called Gainesville Walmart and they said the transfer was approved, but the Oakwood employees said that they couldn’t do anything. They were rushing around trying to hurry up and close before more customers come. Very unprofessional.
Always busy but always service with a smile
This is the best Wal-Mart Pharmacy I've ever dealt with! Competent friendly employees and relatively short waits.
