It was so fresh! Fresh coffee, so perfect with cream and sugar. The donuts were amazing. Kids loved it. Did I mention the coffee was great? Almost too good.
One day they have inside open next day it's closed drive through is always packed to the street. Open the doors!! Lost a customer probably more.
Asked for mint hot chocolate. Informed me they did nit have mint though it was obviously displayed on the menu. I can make better at home.
Worst Dunkin’ ever. Multiple times my order has been wrong. Never wearing masks. Asked them to melt my cheese and they ignored us at window. Other times gave me completely wrong sandwich. ud83dude11
After living in Oakwood for 3 years now I’ve visited this particular Dunkin a number of times and today is the last time they will be getting my business after a worker asked me to get back in line after some confusion with a coupon. Each time that we find ourselves here the workers seem irritated that we’ve arrived, always having an attitude and almost shoving our drinks at us. There is never a “thank you” or “have a good day.” Timing is key to asking for your receipt because the cashier always seems eager to do anything but help you any more. Even the simplest of orders seem like we have inconvenienced them.
